Direct Mail Campaign

House Marketing Management, Inc. and OPUBCO'S (The Daily Oklahoman) Rec Rides Magazine will again cooperate in an effort to provide the RV Show's direct mail campaign full color status that will, in turn, offer advertisers the opportunity to reach both the RV Show's direct mail database and Rec Rides' standard metro Oklahoma City recreational target market with one cost saving ad placement.

The Special Edition "RV Show" issue will be FREE for public access and will promote the key elements of the upcoming Annual Fall RV Show including RV Show dates and times; RV Show location and buildings; RV Show Dealers; RV Show contests and prizes; and other cool RV Show related items.

Total Circulation of this Special issue will be 35,000! 15,000 issues will be DIRECT MAILED to RV enthusiasts already on the official RV Show database with another 15,000 issues to be distributed (by Rec Rides) at over 1,000 metro Oklahoma City locations that include Wal-Mart Stores, Shell Fuel Stations and many other convenience type stores throughout the OKC area. The remaining issues are distributed on site as the official RV Show program.

Rate structure for this special issue is set up to provide advertisers full color access; direct delivery by the U.S. Postal Service to 15,000 Oklahoma RV enthusiasts; delivery by Rec Rides distribution teams to over 15,000 metro Recreational Enthusiasts; and distribution on site as the official RV Show program.

Standard color rates and ad sizes are as follows:

Full Page / 10.292" x 11.25" /  $1,800.00 (6¢ per impact)

1/2 Page Vertical / 5.069" x 11.25" /  $1,200.00 (4¢ per impact)

1/2 Page Horizontal / 10.292" x 5.5" / $1,200.00 (4¢ per impact  

1/4 page / 5.069" x 5.5" / $900.00 (3¢ per impact)

1/8 page / 2.458" x 5.5" / $500.00 (1.7¢ per impact)

Qualifying advertisers can create and print FULL PAGE Advertisements in full vibrant color and deliver it to a most highly strategic, RV targeted market for a mere 6¢ per impact. "There's not a more cost effective means of communicating to such a sought after RV DEMOGRAPHIC," says Mark House, RV Show Director.
